Play Night with the Playwright
For a writer, it’s the first full-length reading of a script that has been meticulously crafted and gently finessed via the workshop process. 
For the audience member, it’s often a startling discovery that good writing and solid acting can often transcend the lack of scenery, costumes and stagecraft of a full-scale production and create a very vivid theatrical experience.
Play Night with the Playwright is a new works reading series free and open to the public. The words pour. The vino flows. And a brave new work finds its voice.
